Super Power India 2036

  • Education should be given prime importance, since it is going to give a strong future to our students who are going to rule our future India.
  • Right from kinder garden to whatever Masters course a kid desires, education
should be provided to them in world class standard, which is not available in
    any other country.
  • Libraries should have the maximum quantity of books and the maximum
number of laboratories and playgrounds with sports facilities should also be
    made available for the students.
  • Currently, Indians are among the most brilliant people in the world, so once the
education standard is increased, Indian students will be valued a lot and their
talents can also be utilized to develop our country in all ways including future
    research work.
  • A new system of education has to be implemented immediately.
  • Theorems and unwanted formulae which are taught in schools have to be
neglected, instead, Maths can be adapted for children who need to learn
topics depending upon their stream of interest.
  • Homework system is not practised even in countries which rank among the
top ten globally, and in a few countries, a child attends his first examination
only at the age of sixteen.
  • Due to compulsion to memorize, homework, tuitions, frequent examinations,
and also parental pressure to study, most of the time, students lose their
    interest and desire towards studies.
  • Due to the above reasons, a child will be happy in his school only on the last
working day of his academic year or during his vacation.
  • Let us frame a new system of education through which each child will be
    greatly benefitted.

THE NEW EDUCATION SYSTEM WILL COMPRISE OF FIVE STAGES AND
THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS

STAGE 1: (4-5 YEARS)

  • This stage helps to identify the inborn talents in a child and also to understand his field of
interest during his kindergarten studies and train him completely according to his will.
  • Only when a child is brought up in the field which he is really interested in, can he be the best in
    it and achieve great heights

STAGE 2: (5-10 YEARS)

  • This stage helps to concentrate in a particular stream when teaching a child.
  • For example, a child will be given many toys like train, building blocks and so on which are
related to some major streams of education.
  • If a child chooses building blocks, we can identify that his interest for the future is to become
an architect. If he chooses a football, we can identify that his interest is to become a football
    player.
  • Then, he will be trained accordingly. For instance, when he learns the alphabet, he can be taught
something like this: ‘F’ for ‘football’, ‘G’ for ‘goal’ and so on, so that we can give him a good
learning platform at such a young age, which will help him understand the subject deeply.
  • If a child is interested in sports, he will be trained in the sport that he likes, and he will become
the best in that sport and accomplish great feats for the nation.

STAGE 4: (16-20 YEARS )

  • This stage helps the child gain knowledge in accordance to his interested field.
  • The latest techniques are taught in the child’s field of interest and the child can develop his
knowledge in the same to a great extent. The scope of their field of study and the future
developments expected in their field will also be taught in this stage.
  • For example, if a child wants to become a cricketer, all the technical aspects about the ground,
pitch, ball, bat, force and direction of wind when bowling, dampness of weather that might
deviate the ball and affect batting and so on will be taught to him with visuals as well as live
    examples.
  • Instead of gaining two years of eleventh and twelfth grade education without knowing his field
of interest ( which is the current practice ) the child will be shaped perfectly in stage four of the
    education.

STAGE: 3 (11-15 YEARS )

This is a very important stage in education, which will be a turning point in children’s lives.

  • This will give them self-confidence, so that they can go anywhere and sustain themselves at
any situation in their respective fields, after the completion of stage four education.

SUPER POWER INDIA 2025 – HYPER WAY PROJECT
  • This is completely a package of practical education which moulds children to face all
the hurdles in their desired field to be successful.
  • Currently, none of the graduates are completely knowledgeable in the subject in
which they have earned their graduation.
  • This is the reason why there is so much of unemployment even after students
    graduate from reputed institutions.
  • In the above three stages of education, the students will not come across any
    homework, test or examination.
  • Even in the stage four of the education system, students will have their exam only
in their last year. After completing this examination, they will be employed, and their
designations will be only on score basis, as follows:

90% and above
80% and above
70% and above
60% and above
50% and above

  • From those who are qualified with MBBS degree, everyone cannot be a doctor since
the profession deal with human lives, but their designations will be according to their
    scores, as follows
    90% and above ( Senior / Chief Doctor )
    80% and above ( Doctor )
    70% and above ( Assistant Doctor )
60% and above ( Other Medical Departments )
    50% and above ( Nurse )
  • For every three months after their completion of stage four education, they can
attend their exams for the next two years and can qualify to the next level.
  • If the education system is planned like this, every student will put his maximum effort
    to give his best.
  • Their salaries will also be based on their scores, as follows:
    90% and above (Rs. 1,00,000/month)
    80% and above (Rs. 80,000/month)
    70% and above (Rs. 70,000/month)
    60% and above (Rs. 60,000/month)
    50% and above (Rs. 50,000/month)
    40% and above (Rs. 25,000/month)
